About Alison Rose

I’m Alison Rose—a neurodivergent learning coach, Whole-Body Focusing practitioner, and educator with over 20 years of experience in education, personal growth, and accessible learning. I hold a Master’s in Educational Psychology and have spent a decade working as a Learning Strategist at a leading college, where I supported students with ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety, and burnout.such as ADHD, various LDs, autism, anxiety, depression, language processing disorders, brain injuries and creative sensitivity.

As someone with lived experience of ADHD and a spiritually grounded approach to healing, I bring a rare combination of academic training, somatic wisdom, and deep compassion to my coaching. My work blends science and soul: evidence-based strategies for executive functioning and motivation, alongside intuitive practices like body listening, grounding rituals, and creative visualization.

Clients come to me when they’re ready to shift from overwhelm and fragmentation to clarity, confidence, and aligned action.
